🌿 August/September Baby Massage Course 🌿

Come and join a lovely 4-week Baby Massage Course, starting on Wednesday 19th August at Eaton Park Community Centre.

First week Wednesday 19th August

Followed by Thursdays

Thursday 27th August

Thursday 3rd September

Thursday 10th September

11am-12pm

Each session lasts 1 hour, giving you the opportunity to gently learn the full baby massage routine in a calm, baby-led way. Across the 4 weeks, we will cover all of the massage strokes, building your confidence so you feel happy continuing at home.

Baby massage oil, a take-home leaflet with the massage routine, plus tea and coffee are all provided ☕️

This is a beautiful opportunity to bond with your baby, enjoy some calm time together, and meet other mums in a warm and supportive space. All sessions are completely baby-led, so we go at the pace of the babies. You’re always free to feed, change, or simply cuddle, everything is very relaxed and welcoming.

Babies must be 6 weeks+ to attend, and please let me know if your baby has any vaccinations coming up.
