🌿 April Baby Massage Course 🌿

Come and join a lovely 4-week Baby Massage Course, starting on Wednesdays in April at Eaton Park Community Centre.

Each session lasts 1 hour, giving you the opportunity to gently learn the full baby massage routine in a calm, baby-led way. Across the 4 weeks, we will cover all of the massage strokes, building your confidence so you feel happy continuing at home.

Baby massage oil, a take-home leaflet with the massage routine, plus tea and coffee are all provided ☕️

This is a beautiful opportunity to bond with your baby, enjoy some calm time together, and meet other mums in a warm and supportive space. All sessions are completely baby-led, so we go at the pace of the babies. You’re always free to feed, change, or simply cuddle, everything is very relaxed and welcoming.

Babies must be 6 weeks+ to attend, and please let me know if your baby has any vaccinations coming up.
