These fun, interactive sessions are designed for both you and your baby to enjoy together 💛

Each class includes gentle stretches, playful movements like dips and swings, and songs and music to keep your baby engaged and stimulated 🎶

For mums, there will be some light postnatal stretches too, helping you move, relax, and reconnect with your body.

Benefits of baby yoga include:

  • Supporting your baby’s physical development

  • Encouraging coordination and body awareness

  • Aiding digestion and helping with wind and colic

  • Promoting relaxation and better sleep

  • Strengthening the bond between you and your baby

  • Supporting your own postnatal recovery

Classes are always baby-led, so we go at their pace in a calm, supportive environment. Mats are provided.

Please note: This is baby yoga, not a postnatal yoga class. The focus is on baby’s development, with some gentle movement included for mums.

Before attending:

  • Babies should be at least 8 weeks old

  • Some movements require babies to have good neck control

  • Mums should have completed their postnatal check and feel comfortable sitting on the floor, lifting, and supporting their baby
